Installation IBM eforms for WorkplaceXT

1. Undeploy WorkplaceXT from WAS
2. STOP Process Engine from PTM
3. STOP WAS
4. Delete  temporary files from WAS -> profile-> appserver01-> temp
5. Install eform 4.0.2 for XT

1. Start WAS
2. Start PE from PTM
3. Redeploy XT
4. Open XT
5. Mark "eform installed" as YES from Site preferences in Workplace XT.
